Staffing Liaison

The Challenge:

In order to grow effectively, organizations need help looking at their operation from the outside. Whether standing up a new organization, transforming an existing one, or transitioning an organization (e.g., merger, split-up), our clients need a consultant who will take the time to learn the complexities of their mission and provide them with tangible advice on improvement, mission success, and standard methodologies. Thats why we need you, a management consultant who can analyze every aspect of your customers operations and give them the roadmap to becoming the organization they envision.

As a general management consultant on our team, youll build an overall picture of your clients current structure, day-to-day operations, and outcomes in a manner that they may not have thought of before. Youll use discussions and workshops with leadership and analyst to identify and innovate the elements that work best in their environment and the areas for improvement. Once you have a solid understanding of where and how the organization can improve, youll work on a path forward and the expected results to leadership. You Have:

* 2+ years in a professional work environment.
* Experience with managing a calendar and using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Ability to review and assess candidate qualifications and resumes
* Ability to interact with internal and external senior-level employees in a professional manner and be proactive in anticipating business and administrative needs
* Ability to obtain a security clearance
* BA or BS degree

Nice if You Have:

* Experience with Access and SharePoint
* Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines
* Ability to multi-task independently in a fast-paced environment
