Job Description

The Securities Services Extended Enterprise Product Development Team is responsible for defining the product roadmap and managing execution and delivery of Enterprise Data Management, an initiative to build a strategic offering for asset managers and asset owners to manage, transform, aggregate, normalize and store data sets to support their business. This position is responsible for program management of the Enterprise Data Management offering, covering investment planning, program management disciplines and controls, cross functional program delivery and the reporting and control framework of the Enterprise Data Management workstream. This position is for an experienced Program Manager (PM) to work in the Extended Enterprise Product Development team. The PM will work on high-priority programs as directed by senior management focused on stabilizing, remediating and delivering major platform programs. These are delivered through a combination of People, Process and Platform changes, with the latter involving vendor and in-house systems, detailed user acceptance testing and implementation planning. This position will comprise the following high-level functions:

1) Establishment of comprehensive standardized program governance.

2) Program initiation covering scope, business case, stakeholders and documentation.

3) Ownership of the program plan, RAID Log, action list and SharePoint site.

4) Detailed program planning and execution utilizing standardized PMG program methodology.

5) Driving program execution with a diverse range of stakeholders across Product, Operations (including the Middle Office) and Technology.

6) Program Issue and Risk Management

7) Program communications covering working groups, steering committees and other implementation related documentation.

8) The program lessons identified and close down processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Leadership of the day-to-day delivery of assigned aspects of programs and projects.

2) Generation and maintenance of program documentation covering governance, stakeholder management, plans, actions and RAID Logs.

3) Management of assigned issues and risks and ensuring risks & issues are escalated appropriately within Securities Services where appropriate.

4) Generation and briefing of program communications.

5) Running program governance forums including the Working Group, issue resolution meetings and other ad-hoc meetings as required.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.

* Well organized and with attention to detail in generating and maintaining detailed program documentation.

* Experience working across multiple business areas and/or functions to deliver results.

* Program Manager with a track record of successful delivery of medium to large scale programs.

* Ideally has experience of successfully delivering Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) based programs.

* Ideally holds a PM certification from a recognized internal or external body demonstrating a commitment to maintaining recognized PM standards.

* Good knowledge of the Products and clients served by Securities Services are an advantage.

* Good knowledge of data management concepts and comfort in engaging on the topic.
