ETF Business:

The Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) Business sits within the Beta Strategies organization. The ETF business is a dedicated team of experienced professionals who work to develop and launch ETFs. We are executing a focused ETF product strategy that spans asset classes, including equities, fixed income and multi-asset. The ETF business leverages the firms numerous competitive advantages, including industry leading research and investment insights.

Internal Client Advisor Position:

We seek a driven and committed person to join our organization's ETF Business in the role of Internal Sales Specialist. The Internal Sales Specialist will partner with External Sales Specialists to foster relationships with clients as well as the JPMorgan Funds Client Advisors (CA's) to position and market our ETFs. The Internal Sales Specialist will interact with clients and their CAs in multiple channels with primary emphasis on the Wirehouse, Registered Investment Advisor and Independent Broker Dealer channels.

This position reports to the ETF Sales Desk Manager. The candidate will partner with External Sales Specialists to provide support according to individual financial advisor needs within a defined geographic territory. This includes education for financial advisors and Funds CAs about ETF industry developments / landscape and the JPMorgan suite of ETFs. The candidate must work collaboratively across channels with the Funds Internal Client Advisors to engage and close ETF sales opportunities.

Examples of specific activities include:

* Identify and profile leading advisors through calling efforts, email campaigns, and referrals
* Cultivate and manage client relationship, by responding to client inquiries, providing ongoing communication with clients/prospects, and managing the client/prospects throughout the sales cycle, resulting in closed business
* Coordinate product presentations to prospective and existing clients via the telephone / internet, meetings, conferences and roadshows.
* Deliver the best of the firm to key advisors, through value-add tools/support, product information and updates, and unique JPM market insights
* Partner with 1-2 field wholesalers, with responsibilities including outbound calling and prospecting, advisor scheduling, follow ups, and lead generation

Qualifications:

* Education: Bachelor degree preferred
* Experience: 2+ year's financial services experience preferred and/or directly related sales leadership experience
* Licenses: Minimum requirement Series 6, Series 7 and 63 preferred
