Logic Technology Development (LTD) is looking for Industrial Engineers. In this team you will be responsible for developing industrial engineering methods for each technology in the areas of cleanroom factory layout and capacity, implementing them locally, and then transferring them to the other sites across Intel.

As a TD industrial engineer you will use the wafer fabrication process flow and collaborate with process engineers to create and validate capacity models for all fab equipment types. These models are the basis of the Model of Record that are used to determine equipment requirements to meet the fab technology ramps across the company.

In addition, you will work with process engineers and equipment suppliers to spatially optimize the configuration of first-of-a-kind equipment and use that information to create layout blocks and layout methodologies that are used across all Intel wafer fabs.

Locally, you will develop and implement capacity and layout plans to meet ramp requirements for multiple concurrent technology nodes and also work extensively with the process engineering teams to analyze process change impacts and develop cost optimized recommendations. You will also be expected to deliver efficiency improvements and continuously drive innovations.

Qualifications

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below could be obtained through a combination of your schoolwork/classes/research, and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.

This is an entry level position and compensation will be given accordingly.

Minimum Qualifications:
The candidate must possess a Master's degree (with a minimum of 2 years of experience) in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical field.

Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience working with one or more of the following:
- Designing equipment layout and workflow
- Developing, validating and summarizing equipment performance data for capacity modeling and analysis
- Documenting, training and reviewing/auditing the implementation of that material
