The Yield Solutions Group is responsible for roadmap, architecture, design, development, deployment, and support of engineering analysis applications for Intel process development. As the manager of this team, you will be responsible for setting technical directions, ensuring operational excellence, driving the team to achieve results with velocity, delivering to both Technology Development and High Volume Manufacturing customers' needs, partnering with other Automation groups to deliver results, maintaining a positive group culture, and developing/growing your employees with effective performance management.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum requirements:

* Master's or PhD degree in an Engineering field of study (an MBA will also be considered if the candidate holds at least a Bachelor's in an engineering field )

* Minimum of 5 years of experience with software development.

Preferred requirements:

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in Engineering Analysis Applications.
