This is an extraordinary opportunity for an experienced individual to build the Intel dGPU story from the ground up and across the full Go-To-Market breath of marketing activities.

The Director of Product Marketing for Discrete Graphics will play an important role in this transformation, with responsibility for crafting and deploying the product story to the gaming, professional graphics and creator markets, grounded in data-informed audience and competitive insights. This role is critical internally across marketing teams, regional teams, business units and externally with our agency partners. It requires a mindset of strategic agility, ability to innovate, collaboration to drive the graphics go-to-market plans across business units and regions, and adaptable to market and competitive changes.

Our marketing teams work collaboratively across groups, with our Business Unit partners, as well as our sales teams. This role requires a roll up your sleeves and can do type of person willing to get into the details, and also provide the leadership to manage a team of marketing experts and stakeholder groups/peers. We have a can do approach in everything we do, and strong relationships to get things done.

Responsibilities Include:

- Build and drive the full Go-To-Market plan for Intels client discrete graphics products
- Work cross-functionally to identify, craft and deploy the Intel dGPU story, and provide inputs into brand frameworks
- This individual will use insights from our customers, industry influencers, sales and marketing and other sources to build and align a strong go to market strategy with clear business outcomes.
- This team is responsible for the content creation and in many cases the delivery of product and feature messaging and positioning for our upcoming discrete graphics product lines and business. They will work with internal and with external agencies to create the best content for the outcomes for our campaigns, sales enablement programs, or brand building, product positioning initiatives.
- This person should be able to inspire, coach and lead both the internal Intel marketing managers and the agency partners to push boundaries, take a test and learn approach, take managed risks and exceed expectations across the key goals we set
- There are many teams involved in our marketing practices. This person needs to be able to collaborate across teams, seeking new ways for the reach / engagement, and finding ways to streamline and optimize our extensive resources and budgets.

Qualifications

- BA/BS degree, MBA and 10+ years in marketing and/or go-to-market of discrete GPUs
- Strong understanding of the discrete GPU market, competitive dynamics and customers
- Deep experience across a wide spectrum of marketing disciplines
- Experience in executing marketing campaigns across multiple marketing groups and countries
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Outstanding collaboration and integration with key partners
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, including presenting to executive management teams and influencing partner teams in a global, matrixed organization
- Ability to prioritize time toward valued outcomes
- Able to initiate and drive opportunities independently, while operating in an environment that changes quickly
- High levels of energy, creativity, and enthusiasm with a strong sense of accountability
- A deep understanding of graphics, pro graphics, graphics compute and gaming technology
