As Edge-to-Cloud computing needs and opportunities grow exponentially, Intel's vast, global IoT partner and channel ecosystem is responding and fueling that growth by delivering innovative, Intel-based system-level products and end user solutions a wide range of IoT use cases.

To enable the ecosystem at scale, Intel's Internet of Things (IoT) Global Partner Marketing team is looking for an energetic, customer-obsessed and data-driven Partner Marketing Information Analyst to support Intel partners, processes, program reporting, and backend systems and IT infrastructure needs for the Intel Partner Alliance IoT Community program.

The Partner Marketing Information Analyst is chartered with the critical co-marketing orchestration of Intel's IoT ingredients and solutions portfolio, including periodic and ad hoc Intel IoT Market Ready Solution and Intel IoT RFP Ready Kit partner deployment reporting and revenue impact analysis. Specifically, the analyst is responsible for ongoing partner communications and reporting, providing direction and guidance, and ensuring timely and accurate tracking. Additionally, the analyst works with partners to educate, support, and ensure appropriate disposition of partner leads generated through both Intel-led and partner-led co-marketing programs - a primary key performance indicator (KPI).

The Intel Partner Alliance IoT Community program is complex, fast-paced, and dynamic. The program Partner Marketing Analyst is integral to ensure customer-obsessed success through administration of program offerings and partner satisfaction. To succeed, exquisite attention to detail and process, comprehensive knowledge of IT systems and tools, and the application of the systems to support, create, and report on different data structures is required. Process, data, and reporting are foundational throughout the entire program life cycle and various partner interactions, including partner enrollment, program benefit management, planning, execution, reporting and ROI measures (Intel and partner).

The Partner Marketing Program Analyst is a member of the marketing team for the Intel Partner Alliance IoT Community program, and regularly interacts with Intel IoT ecosystem partners, program administration, marketing managers and teams, Intel field sales and regional/country marketing teams, marketing agencies, infrastructure support vendors, and Intel marketing and sales leadership.

Responsibilities may include:

* Manage Intel IoT solutions portfolio partner quarterly deployment reporting and revenue impact analysis.

* Support the Intel Partner Alliance IoT Community program and its various initiatives from Select benefits to Specialties, Intel IoT Market Ready Solutions (MRS) and Intel IoT RFP Ready Kits (RRK) initiatives by providing identification and tracking of partner contacts and marketing activities, and administration of benefits utilizing program systems and tools.

* Manage program co-marketing Marketing Development Fund (MDF) claiming queue and distribute incoming claims to appropriate Intel MDF support contacts for disposition.

* Review and approve partner co-marketing MDF requests and claims for reimbursement utilizing strategic alignment and criteria for partner deliverables adherence to Intel brand, creative and messaging guidelines. Interacts with program partners to ensure correct and valid proof of performance (POP) and proof of cost (POC) is submitted for approval.

* Produce co-marketing MDF quarterly ROI reports, including spreadsheets and pivot table reports outlining details of projects and claims funded by period, used for program quarterly/annual reports and measurement of investments.

* Perform partner lead follow-up on open / yet-dispositioned leads; email communications and live video call training with partners on Salesforce.com (SFDC; Intel partner leads portal) for disposition, reporting, education, and troubleshooting.

* Provide various support functions in support of backend processes and partner execution in the program inclusive of, but not limited to, partner communications, Intel Partner Portal, Intel Partner Studio, Intel Solution Marketplace, insight.tech and partner leads processes and infrastructure.

As a successful candidate, you must possess:

* Demonstrated proficiency with various systems, tools, processes, and data (ERPM, SFDC, Intel MDF (IMX), Smartsheet, Excel and others) to help manage the program efficiently, accurately, and with velocity.

* Outstanding partner relationship and communications skills, ability to influence while maintain positive relationships, and a solid comfort-level interacting with management and stakeholders.

* Fluency with the IoT ecosystem and value chain, including products, solutions and services types and offerings and key influence- and buying audiences and insights.

* Ability to succeed in a heavily matrixed environment, working cross company successfully to drive results.

* Self-starter, high level of initiative and self-motivated with proven ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship

Minimum Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree required in marketing/communications, Finance, or a related area.

* 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including developing relationships, creating, driving, and partner program initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

* MBA preferred.

* Experience in working with channel ecosystem partners in tech sector and fluency with Intel's partner programs, processes and policies preferred

* Knowledge of major industry trends and Intel's IoT offering is highly preferred, with experience in IoT ecosystem and driving partner activities
