The Lead Product Manager Conceives of, develops, delivers, and manages products for Hispanic MA customer use. The Lead Product Manager works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

Responsibilities

The Retail Product & Strategy team focuses on strategically improving sales and customer experience to grow key Medicare customer segments. This small, high-performance team is comprised of strategy, segment product management, customer experience, and business intelligence leaders. The Lead Product Manager leads all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to introduction into the marketplace, by developing products to meet specific customer needs and achieve specific cost and success outcomes. Once products are launched, monitors efficacy of products and uses customer and business partner feedback to ensure products are meeting customer needs across each customer segmentation, adjusting products over time to continue to achieve the desired outcomes. Interacts with teams across the organization ranging from Marketing, Sales, Service, Clinical and Bold Goals team focused on social determinants of health. Interfaces with local community teams to advance strategy. Advises leaders to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

* Bachelors degree
* 5-8 years of work experience, with track record of bringing new products/services to market, ideally in the healthcare space.
* Experience in data analytics
* Strong project management and critical thinking skills.
* Bilingual English/Spanish - must be able to speak, read and write in both languages without limitations or assistance and be willing to take a Language Proficiency Test
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION

* MBA or other relevant Master's level degree
* Management consulting background
* Experience with Medicare Advantage business

This is a remote position

* Must have a separate room with a locked door that can be used as a home office, to ensure you have absolute and continuous privacy while you work.
* Must have accessibility to high speed DSL or Cable modem for a home office (No Satellite).
