HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

* Create and maximize revenue opportunities within current corporate relationships by increasing utilization of executive financial management services (EFM)
* Prospect newly eligible executives by phone and email to help drive client conversion efforts
* Develop and execute sales strategies, including tracking and measuring the efficacy of Ambassador outreaches
* Leverages Aycos customer relationship management (CRM) tool to log and record prospecting activity and key takeaways in salesforce
* Follow-up on cold and warm leads to further the sale process and assure market penetration
* Develop meaningful relationships with prospects to help them understand the depth and breadth of Ayco EFM
* Provide seamless transition between Client Engagement and Strategy (CES) team and servicing Ayco advisor; work effectively with cross-functional team of institutional and internal resources
* Research of competitor, peer and industry activity to keep informed of new services and other general information of interest to prospects
* Assist other members of the team to implement EFM programs
* Identify and execute on engagement strategies, with clear and effective communication to internal/external stakeholders; on-going coordination with Institutional team, EFM Region Heads, and Business Unit Managers
* Work with Program Liaison and/or Relationship Manager(s) of corporate accounts to define success metrics and comparison against those pre-defined metrics
