HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

* Lead the strategic growth of our current client base by managing a defined number of corporate relationships
* Create and maximize revenue opportunities within current corporate relationships
* Help design and implement services by aligning product offerings with corporate account needs
* Regularly discuss upcoming product and service enhancements with corporate contacts
* Lead and conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings with corporate contacts; set regular agendas for meetings, document follow up and communicate key takeaways to all interested parties
* Attend finalist presentations and business development meetings when appropriate
* Work with corporate client stakeholders to define success metrics and determine engagement strategies
* Discuss current utilization and outcomes metrics; analyze progress against pre-defined success factors
* Work with the institutional client sales team on growth opportunities
* Coordinate regular internal communications and update the core service team on benefit changes, organizational changes, new revenue opportunities and contract renewal discussions
* Influence Ayco's service model and product design by soliciting and gathering feedback from corporate clients
* Serve as the escalation point for corporate contacts on any servicing issues and as the internal escalation point on any concerns regarding the relationship

QUALIFICATIONS

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

* Bachelor's degree required
* 3+ years leadership experience required
* 5+ years of experience with employee benefits, compensation, marketing and/or relationship management is preferred
* Strong interpersonal skills; written and oral presentation skills required
* Experience in the financial services industry preferred
* Experience working with Human Resource benefit and compensation professionals preferred
* Self-motivated and able to work in an autonomous, yet collaborative environment
* Frequent travel required
