Job Description

As a valued leader on the Enterprise Data Team, you will manage data infrastructure and pipelines to capture, integrate, organize, and centralize data while testing and maintaining to ensure data is readily accessible and in a usable state, including quality assurance.

The Data Engineer Manager role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

* Manage customer needs and intended uses for requested data in the development of database requirements and planning of enterprise databases.
* Maintain comprehensive knowledge of database technologies, complex coding languages, and computer system skills.
* Review and integrate data into readily available formats while maintaining existing structures and govern their use according to business requirements.
* Manage the evaluation and integration of new data sources as they become available and monitor the performance, scalability, and security of data.
* Review the initial analysis and deliver the user interface (UI) to the customer to enable further analysis.
* Lead squads to deliver on Multi Family (MF) initiatives.
* Deliver on Forbearance and MF Asset Management Platform.

Qualifications

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Minimum Required Experience:

* 6+ years of Leadership Experience
* Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
* Experience leading multiple cross-functional Agile Teams, giving feedback, coaching, mentoring and performance management for Employees
* Relationship Management including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.
* Experience as a Technical Coach to provide technical guidance in designing and architecting critical software platforms
* Experience helping an organization to plan and manage change in effort to meet strategic objectives
* Skills related to Influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict
* Experience using Agile Scrum/Kanban & SAFe process to delivery software
* Experience delivering projects/initiatives on Data warehousing, Operational Data Store and Enterprise Data Lake (EDL).
* Technical Experience using SQL and any RDMBS database, preferably Oracle
* Knowledge or Experience using ETL (Informatica, Ab Initio, Glue ETL)
* Knowledge of AWS Services (S3, Lambda, EMR, Redshift)

Desired Experiences

* Bachelors Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology
* Experience using Oracle RDBMS and any of ETL Tools (Informatica, Ab Initio, AWS Glue)
* Experience using AWS Services (S3, Lambda, EMR, Redshift)
* Experience using Java or Python
* AWS Certified (Cloud Practitioner/Developer Associate/Architect Associate or above)
