JOB SUMMARY

Drive business growth by understanding customer needs and proactively bringing solutions that meet both customer and Entergy requirements. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high value industrial customers built on trust and open communication. Assess customer needs and demonstrate a strong knowledge of their business issues and opportunities. Serve as the primary point of contact for both commercial and technical matters.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

* Cultivate meaningful customer relationships to position Entergy as provider of choice for industrial customers
* Provide coordination of technical support for complex customer reliability and operational issues
* Learn and understand industry trends, growth opportunities, and key drivers that affect the customers business and Entergy sales.
* Drive customer service and consistent revenue growth within managed portfolio
* Viewed as trusted partner and single point of contact for all customer related matters
* Demonstrate contract management and negotiation skills, including: strong knowledge of rates, riders, pricing tariffs, and terms & conditions (commercial terms & responsibilities)
* Work closely with Entergy functional organizations including Transmission, Operations, Economic Development, Investor Relations, Market Intelligence, Credit and Finance partners to meet requirements
* Engage with Regulatory team to understand companys regulatory strategy and filings in order to communicate effectively with industrial customers.
* Facilitate resolution of conflicts between customer and company in a timely manner.
* Active involvement within the community which may include business development, non-profit organizations and other local efforts

Minimum Education Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.

Desired: Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business Management and/or related field; in lieu of degree, 10 years of related work experience; Preferred Masters Degree

Minimum experience required of the position:

7+ years

Desired: 10+ years related technical and/or complex customer service experience

Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required of the position:

* Insightful critical thinking and analytical abilities
* Ability to interface with all levels of individuals including senior level leadership
* Experience leading multi-discipline response to meet customer needs
